The practice operates a Practice Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint, comment or compliment about any aspect of the care you have received from the practice please contact the dental receptionist or email us in the first instance.


The practice operates a strict confidentiality policy. Information about patients will not be disclosed to any unauthorised person or organisation without the patient’s consent. 

Violence and Abuse
The practice operates a Zero Tolerance policy regarding violence and abuse of staff. Physical violence and verbal abuse are a growing concern in healthcare and all staff have the right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. We ask that you treat all practice staff without violence or abuse. Patients who are violent or abusive will be reported to the police and asked to leave the premises.
