Amber joined Goyt Valley Dental Practice in January 2024 as our new administrator and receptionist. She brings a strong background in patient care, having previously worked at Specsavers, where she developed excellent customer service and communication skills. Amber has quickly become a fantastic addition to our growing team.

In her role, Amber handles a broad range of dental administration duties, including managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, and supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Her organised approach ensures that the practice runs efficiently and that patients receive timely and personalised care.

Amber is known for her kind, caring, and calm nature. She consistently creates a welcoming and reassuring environment for patients, helping to ease any dental anxieties and making every visit as comfortable as possible. Her empathy and professionalism shine through in all her interactions, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two young sons, cherishing family moments and activities.
