Kate joined Goyt Valley Dental Practice in 2019 as a business apprentice. After successfully completing her apprenticeship, she became a full-time member of the team, working as a dental receptionist and administrator.

In her role, Kate manages a variety of important administrative tasks that keep the practice running smoothly. She is responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, managing patient records with great attention to detail, handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, and supporting the dental team with day-to-day operations. Her organisational skills ensure that patient care pathways are efficient and well-managed.

Kate is known for her kind, calm, and caring approach, always putting patients’ needs at the forefront. Her welcoming smile and gentle manner help create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for everyone who visits the practice. She takes pride in going above and beyond to assist patients, whether it’s explaining appointment details, managing treatment plans, or simply offering reassurance.

Before joining Goyt Valley Dental Practice, Kate worked in domiciliary care, and her compassionate nature shines through in her interactions with patients and colleagues alike.

Kate lives locally with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially walking and exploring nature.
